Looking forward to ECWA USA National conference on June 21st

The ECWA USA National Conference for this June is in Atlanta, Georgia. Below is the first part of the information we need for planning.

LOCATION
Hotel: QUALITY HOTEL & CONFERENCE CENTER
Hotel Location: 1551 Phoenix Boulevard, College Park, Georgia 30349. Which is 4-5 miles or 10 minutes from the airport
Hotel Phone number: 770-996-4321

RATE
The rate for the hotel is $68.99 per night ( tax is included in this amount).
The rate is the same for both single and double rooms
The rate for the suite room is $89.99 per night plus a 15% tax on top of this.
The number of people in the double rooms can fit 5/6 people
The number for the single rooms can fit 2/3 people at most 4 people.

CALLING FOR RESERVATIONS
When calling for reservation the group name is ECWA (This need to be spell out please.
Reservation last date is JUNE 16 (calling in after this date will mean paying higher fee than the group rate).

CHECK IN TIME
Check in is at 3pm Thursday June 21, check out is by Noon on Sunday June 24th.
However, council members who are coming for the DCC meeting, can arrive on wednesday but need to inform ECWA Atlanta for pick up and sleeping locations. When calling in for Thursday 21 tell the hotel you are a council members so that your room can be ready before 3pm.

If flying when you arrive in Atlanta go to ground transportation, zone 3. Then look/ask for the Quality Hotel Shuttle ( Please do not go to the Quality Inn Shuttle it will take you to somewhere completely different). The hotel provides free internet, free shuttle from the airport from 5am to 2 am, free breakfast, free parking and allows us to cater.

It’s great to see Christians passionate about spreading the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. Our goal at ECWA USA is to empower all Christians to so that they can be passionately involved in witnessing, nurturing, engaging and encouraging a non-believer to the side of Jesus.

Our Christian Ministry is both to love God and man (Mark 12:29-31; Luke 9:23). A ministry that began with Jesus the first true love in our lifes. The hope that eventually will only choose to respond in love and changed until all we are capable of doing is loving (2 Peter 1:4).
